Our group fitness classes are open to the entire 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 community, welcoming students, faculty, staff, and alumni alike. Each class is designed to be inclusive, offering options for every fitness level so everyone can find their fit. It’s a great way to stay active, connect with others, and bring more energy into your day.

All group fitness classes are located in the fitness center studio (unless communicated otherwise).

Fitness Level: ALL

Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility with traditional mat-based Pilates exercises. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on controlled movements and mindful breathing to build stability and strength.

Fitness Level: ALL

Yoga

Build strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress in this all-levels yoga class. Flow through mindful movement and breathing techniques designed to improve focus, release tension, and leave you feeling energized and centered.

Zumba

Dance your way to fitness with easy-to-follow routines set to fun, upbeat music. This cardio workout feels more like a party than exercise—no dance experience needed, just bring your energy and enjoy!

Strength & Cardio Bootcamp

Build strength and boost energy in this fun, team-style workout that mixes strength moves with cardio. Designed for all fitness levels, this class helps improve endurance and confidence in a supportive, upbeat environment. All fitness levels welcome!

Fitness Level: Beginner - Intermediate

Boxing Bootcamp

Learn the basics of boxing while building strength, endurance, and confidence. This energizing workout combines simple boxing techniques with cardio, weight lifting and bodyweight exercises—all levels welcome, no experience needed!
